Founder & Chairman
Born and brought up in Kokanarayanapalem, Mr. Bathina Kishore hails from a humble agricultural family rooted in values of service, integrity, and community welfare. His father, Late Sri Bathina Gangadhara Rao, was a respected farmer and Panchayat President who dedicated his life to the upliftment of society. A visionary in his own right, Sri Gangadhara Rao contributed land for the local temple, panchayat office, school and even for a burial ground to ensure that the village had a dignified space for the most sacred last rites of its people, leaving behind a legacy of generosity, social responsibility, and an enduring commitment to education.
In honour of this noble legacy, Dharmakshetra International School has been established under the aegis of the Bathina Gangadhara Rao Educational Society, as a tribute to his ideals and life of service.
Mr. Kishore, an accomplished entrepreneur with over 25 years of business and leadership experience, embodies a rare blend of vision, pragmatism, and compassion. His extensive experience in managing enterprises has endowed him with strong strategic insight and people-centric leadership skills, enabling him to guide the institution with clarity and purpose.
Over the years, Mr. Kishore has maintained a close association with the field of school education, nurturing a deep passion for shaping young minds and creating institutions that serve as pillars of social transformation. His belief that education is the most powerful tool for societal progress has inspired the creation of Dharmakshetra International School—an institution envisioned to bring world-class learning facilities and holistic educational opportunities to the children of the area.

With over two decades of exemplary experience in higher education, Dr. Shireesha Manchem stands as a beacon of academic excellence, compassionate leadership, and transformative vision. A scholar, educator, author, and administrator, she brings to Dharmakshetra International School a rare blend of intellectual depth, emotional intelligence, and a heartfelt commitment to nurturing young minds with care and purpose.
Dr. Shireesha holds a Ph.D. in Management from Acharya Nagarjuna University and multiple postgraduate degrees including an MBA, M.Phil, and Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM). A State Eligibility Test (SET) qualified academician, she exemplifies scholarly rigor and a lifelong dedication to learning.
Across her illustrious career, she has served in prestigious institutions such as Acharya Nagarjuna University, Andhra Loyola College, and Maris Stella College, where she played pivotal roles in teaching, research, and academic leadership. Her work has involved curriculum innovation, faculty development, mentorship, and active participation in national and international seminars and conferences. This diverse experience spanning undergraduate and postgraduate education enables her to bring a holistic, developmental perspective to school leadership.

Principal
With over two decades of experience in education, Mrs. Deena Kumari Chowtapalli is a Cambridge C1 Certified Educator and an accomplished academic leader. She holds an M.Ed., an M.A. in English Language & Literature, and a Post Graduate Certificate in the Teaching of English from EFLU Hyderabad. Her credentials are further strengthened by TEFL Certification from INTESOL Canada and Cambridge B1–B2 Trainer certification.
An experienced Resource Person for CBSE, LEAD, and Cambridge, and an Examiner for CBSE and ICSE Boards, she is known for integrating creativity, communication, and experiential learning into education. Passionate about language development, phonetics, and LSRW skills, she mentors educators and students through innovative and competency-based learning practices aligned with NEP 2020 and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
A dramatist and vocalist at heart, Mrs. Deena Kumari brings creativity, empathy, and excellence into every learner’s journey, nurturing confident communicators and responsible global citizens.
